Updates:

7/1/2009 - build 0038: We updated the AR, CT, MD, MI, and MT IFTA forms, and uploaded the tax rates for 2Q2009.

6/4/2009 - build 0037: We added the Idaho IFTA form and updated the Washington form to the latest version.

4/27/2009 - build 0036: When you had OREGON miles, and you entered a declared weight in a different jurisdiction, those miles were added to OREGON in the Trip Entry Summary. It didn't affect reporting. build 0036 fixes the summary discrepancy.

4/15/2009 - build 0035: When you create a tax table and one state has a rate change for a different fuel type it would create a second entry for your current fuel type as well and would tell you each time you open a data file. That can be confusing so we changed that in build 0035.

4/8/2009 - build 0034: When you run the NMWD rerport and you entered a weight below the lowest NMWD weight class the program crashed. In the MA IFTA form in schedule 101 the MPG printed twice. build 0034 fixes that.

4/1/2009 - build 0033: When you start a new file for the quarter, if you entered odometer readings, the program will show you the last odometer and state entered from the previous quarter.

3/14/2009 - build 0032: The Florida IFTA form used the FEIN/SSN entry of the user profile, but sometimes that is incorrect because other reports need the real FEIN/SSN. In this version we changed that. If you use the Florida IFTA form, please check your user profile(s) before you print your IFTA return.

3/05/2009 - build 0031: Two new features were added: 1. When you use the print dialog you can change the default printer right from the print dialog. 2. When entering trips, the state box will now show the logical next states/provinces on top, and a complete list below it. This will make data entry faster.

3/04/2009 - build 0030: We made a change to help some Windows Vista users because the form registration was not recognized when printing the IFTA form.

2/11/2009 - build 0029: We added an option in the Edit Units dialog to choose how you want to enter fuel quantities if you travel between the US and Canada. The default automatically enters gallons in US states and liters in Canadian provinces. Now you can also choose to only enter gallons or only enter liters.

1/29/2009 - build 0028: In Trip Entry, when you clicked Close without saving first you could have lost data including data that was already saved. It's fixed in build 0028.

1/24/2009 - build 0027: We were notified by one of our customers that the rename unit function wasn't working correctly. It's fixed in build 0027.

1/21/2009 - build 0026: We uploaded myFuelTax with an update to the North Carolina IFTA form and the new Colorado IFTA form.

12/21/2008 - build 0025: We uploaded myFuelTax with the latest version of the Virginia IFTA form and the IFTA fuel tax rates for 4Q2008.

12/03/2008 - build 0024: We added the capability to rename units. In the past you would have to delete the unit and add a new unit, then rename all the files for a unit afterwards. Now you just select the unit, click 'Rename Unit' assign a new name, click 'OK', and myFuelTax will take care of all that.

11/21/2008 - build 0023: A new warning is built in for when there is a tax rate change for a jurisdiction that happens in the middle of a quarter. An error in the Tennessee filing form to display an extra row for the new rate was fixed as well.

10/28/2008 - build 0022: When you close the trip entry dialog and there are unsaved changes, myFuelTax would crash if you chose to save the changes then and the changes would not be saved. Build 0022 fixes that bug.

10/22/2008 - build 0021: The Iowa form did not display the values of the last state if you have a mid quarter rate change. Build 0021 fixes that bug.

10/13/2008 - build 0020: The Missouri form had a few problems if you traveled Canadian provinces. build 0020 fixes that.

9/23/2008 - build 0019: We solved the Error 62 end of file problem that some users were having.

9/16/2008 - build 0018: We added three more IFTA filing forms: ME, ON, and OR. A few minor changes were made to the North Carolina form.

9/9/2008 - build 0017: Some users reported errors using Mappoint 2009. We made changes to make myfueltax work with Mappoint 2009.

9/4/2008 - build 0016: We have now added the much needed feature of allowing you to enter cities, addresses and/or zip codes when entering trips in Mappoint.  Several of you correctly pointed out the difficulties of working with our other system and it definitely needed to be changed.

8/11/2008 - build 0015: a few updates for: Michigan, Florida, and Alabama forms.

7/23/2008 - build 0014: updates to North Carolina form.

7/9/2008 - build 0012/0013: We found two bugs in the program that are fixed in build 0012.
1. If you have only one weight entered for Oregon, the summary will show an empty row. This will not affect the reporting.
2. When running the Kentucky Weight Distance Report, the KYU# doesn't print.

Then we got a call that the Surcharge no longer shows up in the IFTA Report. That's a bad problem and we apologize for any problems this may have caused. Version 0013 (?) fixes this bug.

6/29/2008 - build 0011: We added a summary feature to the trip entry dialog. Every time you press "Save", myFuelTax will show you a summary of miles in state and fuel in state and lets you know if any unusual entries occurred before saving the file. this way you can verify that no data entry errors were made before overwriting the previous version of the data file.

MyFuelTax now also supports data import from the Rastrac.net interface

6/5/2008 - build 0009: myFuelTax now allows you to enter Kilometers or Miles. This is very handy if you live in Canada and have a unit with an odometer that reads in Miles, or vice versa. Or maybe your mapping program reports only in Miles, or Kilometers, but you have to report in Kilometers or Miles. We also added the capability to enter Liters of fuel if purchased in Canada and Gallons if purchased in the United States. Both these features can save you a considerable amount of time with data entry.

5/29/2008 - build 0008: Mississippi IFTA Form added. You can now rename the user. You can run myfleetmanager trips into myfueltax. PC Miler import is available and www.rastrac.net reports can be imported.

3/19/2008 - Fix for 'Use Mappoint' button. On some machines my Fuel Tax could not find the installed copy of Microsoft Mappoint. build 0002 fixes that.
