Updates: 1/9/2012 - build 0074: The latest IFTA fuel tax rates are in this download with the correct GA rate (.183) in it. We also revised the backup and restore functions to make sure all backups are complete. 1/2/2012 - build 0073: The latest IFTA fuel tax rates are in this download. We also fixed a little bug that threw an overflow error when you added a truck to your profiles. 12/1/2011 - build 0072: A new version of the NC IFTA form is completed. Our download is now signed as a product of Spinnaker Software Solutions. 9/29/2011 - build 0071: An extra page was added to the Florida Form for when you travel through a lot of jurisdictions. The new IFTA rates for the 3rd quarter of 1011 are included in this download. The fuel import for Comdata was updated for compatibility with Comdata's new .csv format. We also changed the IRP report to add up the distances for jurisdictions that have a mid quarter rate change so there won't be any listings of STATENAME NEW in the report that have to be added up separately. 7/01/2011 - build 0070: This version contains the latest updates and the latest IFTA Rates and Rate Codes. 6/01/2011 - build 0069: We noticed a problem with downloading the latest updates and fixed that in build 0069. If you get an error of 'File not Found' in an earlier build when you try to download the latest version you will have to go to our web site to download this time. Later updates will be accessible using the 'download free update' button. 5/25/2011 - build 0068: In this version you can import Garmin Dezl 560 Miles and Fuel in State Report Data. In Trip Entry you can now use the "enter"-key to move to the next cell. 4/08/2011 - build 0067: In this version you can import Rand McNally Miles in State Report Data. 3/23/2011 - build 0066: This version has the latest IFTA Rates. 3/05/2011 - build 0065: We updated the Idaho form, we rewrote the
GA form. We fixed the summary and print trip entry dialog code so all the miles
are shown correctly (they were always saved correctly). You can now show more
rows of data by clicking on the maximize button ( 2/08/2011 - build 0064: New version that includes fuel tax GPS into My Fuel Tax. We added some improvements to the Excel import feature. 1/21/2011 - build 0063: Added import for Excel back into the program. revisit mappoint import from myfleetmanager. 1/3/2011 - build 0062: We made a change to the print report option so the quarters are listed correctly again. 10/30/2010 - build 0061: We updated the ON form for people who use different language settings. We also made some changes to the PA form. 10/14/2010 - build 0060: We updated the NY Hut report for unladen miles. If your tractor weighed more than 18000 Lbs no unladen rate would be displayed in the report. We fixed that. 10/07/2010 - build 0059: We updated the NY Hut report for monthly filing. We also adjusted the printout for the SC form. 10/04/2010 - build 0058: We updated the PC*MILER import to eliminate "CAN" subtotal (used to be "Canada") which caused an overflow error. We also updated the KYWD interface to help with finding the correct late filing % for the current quarter. 09/23/2010 - build 0057: We made updates to the ORHUT report because the rates change starting October 1st 2010. 09/10/2010 - build 0056: We made updates to the Illinois IFTA from and are including for the first time the IFTA forms for both Louisiana and Rhode Island 08/01/2010 - build 0055: We made a few updates to the Ontario form. 07/10/2010 - build 0054: We built the new SC form. 06/30/2010 - build 0053: We built in the new WV form and we uploaded the new tax rates for 2Q2010. 05/23/2010 - build 0052: We redid the MN form. 05/05/2010 - build 0051: We built in the new NH form. 03/17/2010 - build 0049: We revised the South Carolina form. 01/29/2010 - build 0048: We changed the "New File" code so when you accidentally try to recreate a data file the warning will be clearer plus we also added a confirmation message before you actually discard the old data in the file. This will help avoid accidental data loss when you are in a hurry. The registration messages on the welcome screen have been changed to say "does not expire" if a customer bought the non-expiring version of fuel tax. 01/06/2010 - build 0047: We updated the KYWD report. It was brought to our attention that late filing interest is not always the same so we advise you to check the form you receive in the mail to find out about the interest rate if you are filing late. The program will now ask you for the interest rate KY charges for late filing. Other layout details changed as well. 11/16/2009 - build 0046: 2 new features were added: 11/06/2009 - build 0045: We have two more updates to the fuel card import and the PC*MILER import. If you use comdata for fuel it now imports Gallons for states and Liters for provinces. In PC*MILER import, the program now makes a distinction between regular NY miles and Thruway New York miles which is helpful if you file NY HUT reports with the unloaded weight method. If you use the Laden and Unladed weight method, you will still have to figure which taxable miles are laden and unladen. We also updated the WA form to now print your ifta account number in barcode on the top of the page. 10/28/2009 - build 0044: when you entered NYT in tripentry NY was selected instead of New York Thruway. If you had a " - " in the unit name, the ifta reporting engine wouldn't recognize it. Both these issues have been addressed in build 0044. 10/26/2009 - build 0043: We updated the Nevada form along with the ESSO fuel import feature (fuel used to be always imported as gallons, even in Canadian provinces). 10/16/2009 - build 0042: We updated the North Carolina Form to make sure the correct quarter would be checked by the program. We also updated the forms for: MD, NJ, NY, and OR. 10/03/2009 - build 0041: We updated the Nevada form to the latest version, refined the AZ form regarding the 2 cent credit calculation, and we also adapted the My Fleet Manager import in the Mappoint form to the latest version. 9/16/2009 - build 0040: PC*MILER data import was improved. The data from two fuel cards can now be imported: ESSO (.dat), and Comdata (csv .txt). We also added a different background color in trip entry when the taxable distance does not equal the real distance. Some users have reported confusion about what to do with non taxable distance and we wanted to make sure that these differences won't go unnoticed. The taxrates for the 3rd quarter of 2009 are included in this download and all later ones. 8/11/2009 - build 0039: We updated the data import feature from My Fleet Manager. In the New York HUT form the leading 0's of new numbers will now be transferred to the printout. In this Build we also added a feature so that in Trip Entry you can now print a Summary by truck. It used to be that you could print a copy of the Trip Entry window itself for each truck. But now you can also print a summary of total miles and fuel by state for each truck. 7/1/2009 - build 0038: We updated the AR, CT, MD, MI, and MT IFTA
forms, and uploaded the tax rates for 2Q2009. Two minor changes for people who
use MyFuelTax with Microsoft Mappoint and MyFleet Manager: 6/4/2009 - build 0037: We added the Idaho IFTA form and updated the Washington form to the latest version. 4/27/2009 - build 0036: When you had OREGON miles, and you entered a declared weight in a different jurisdiction, those miles were added to OREGON in the Trip Entry Summary. This did not affect IFTA and ORHUT reporting. build 0036 fixes the summary discrepancy. 4/15/2009 - build 0035: When you create a tax table and one state has a rate change for a different fuel type it would create a second entry for your current fuel type as well and would tell you each time you open a data file. That can be confusing so we changed that in build 0035. 4/8/2009 - build 0034: In the MA IFTA form in schedule 101 the MPG printed twice. build 0034 fixes that. 4/1/2009 - build 0033: When you start a new file for the quarter, if you entered odometer readings, the program will now show you the last odometer and state entered from the previous quarter. 3/14/2009 - build 0032: The Florida IFTA form used the FEIN/SSN entry of the user profile, but sometimes that is incorrect because other reports need the real FEIN/SSN. In this version we changed that. If you use the Florida IFTA form, please check your user profile(s) before you print your IFTA return. 3/05/2009 - build 0031: Two new features were added: 3/04/2009 - build 0030: We made a change to help some Windows Vista users because the form registration was not recognized when printing the IFTA form. 2/11/2009 - build 0029: We added an option in the Edit Units dialog to choose how you want to enter fuel quantities if you travel between the US and Canada. The default automatically enters gallons in US states and liters in Canadian provinces. Now you can also choose to only enter gallons or only enter liters. 1/29/2009 - build 0028: In Trip Entry, when you clicked Close without saving first you could have lost data including data that was already saved. It's fixed in build 0028. 1/24/2009 - build 0027: We were notified by one of our customers that the rename unit function wasn't working correctly. It's fixed in build 0027. 1/21/2009 - build 0026: We uploaded myFuelTax with an update to the North Carolina IFTA form and the new Colorado IFTA form. 12/21/2008 - build 0025: We uploaded myFuelTax with the latest version of the Virginia IFTA form and the IFTA fuel tax rates for 4Q2008. 12/03/2008 - build 0024: We added the capability to rename units. In the past you would have to delete the unit and add a new unit, then rename all the files for a unit afterwards. Now you just select the unit, click 'Rename Unit' assign a new name, click 'OK', and myFuelTax will take care of all that. 11/21/2008 - build 0023: A new warning is built in for when there is a tax rate change for a jurisdiction that happens in the middle of a quarter. 10/28/2008 - build 0022: When you close the trip entry dialog and there are unsaved changes, myFuelTax would crash if you chose to save the changes then and the changes would not be saved. Build 0022 fixes that bug. 10/22/2008 - build 0021: The Iowa form did not display the values of the last state if you have a mid quarter rate change. Build 0021 fixes that bug. 10/13/2008 - build 0020: The Missouri form had a few problems if you traveled Canadian provinces. build 0020 fixes that. 9/23/2008 - build 0019: We solved the Error 62 end of file problem that some users were having. 9/16/2008 - build 0018: We added three more IFTA filing forms: ME, ON, and OR. A few minor changes were made to the North Carolina form. 9/9/2008 - build 0017: Some users reported errors using Mappoint 2009. We made changes to make myfueltax work with Mappoint 2009. 9/4/2008 - build 0016: We have now added the much needed feature of allowing you to enter cities, addresses and/or zip codes when entering trips in Mappoint. Several of you correctly pointed out the difficulties of working with our other system and it definitely needed to be changed. 8/11/2008 - build 0015: a few updates for: Michigan, Florida, and Alabama forms. 7/23/2008 - build 0014: updates to North Carolina form. 7/9/2008 - build 0012/0013: We found two bugs in the program that
are fixed in build 0012.
6/29/2008 - build 0011: We added a summary feature to the trip entry dialog. Every time you press "Save", myFuelTax will show you a summary of miles in state and fuel in state and lets you know if any unusual entries occurred before saving the file. this way you can verify that no data entry errors were made before overwriting the previous version of the data file. 6/5/2008 - build 0009: myFuelTax now allows you to enter Kilometers or Miles. This is very handy if you live in Canada and have a unit with an odometer that reads in Miles, or vice versa. Or maybe your mapping program reports only in Miles, or Kilometers, but you have to report in Kilometers or Miles. We also added the capability to enter Liters of fuel if purchased in Canada and Gallons if purchased in the United States. Both these features can save you a considerable amount of time with data entry. 5/29/2008 - build 0008: Mississippi IFTA Form added. You can now rename the user. You can run myfleetmanager trips into myfueltax. PC*MILER Distance import is available. 3/19/2008 - Fix for 'Use Mappoint' button. On some machines my Fuel Tax could not find the installed copy of Microsoft Mappoint. build 0002 fixes that.
